If you want to change items on your order, we will have to make the changes for you. ALL changes must be requested on the same day order is placed before the close of our business day. Changes to orders can result in your order being shipped the next day.

Back ordered items are items that are currently sold out by us and the manufacturer. Unfortunately if this happens we will notify you via email the status of the backordered item and process a refund. We do not want to keep your order open for a backordered item.

Order confirmation can end up in the spam folder so we suggest you check your spam folder first. You can also check in your Account under Order Status. If you still cannot locate your order please contact our customer service department.

We will email you your tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can also locate your tracking number in you Account under Order Status

We generally ship with USPS and UPS. There are also customize shipping options available such as Ground, UPS 2nd Day, Next Day.

In the event your package was not successfully delivered, please notify us immediately so we can file a claim with the shipper. Once the claim is filed we will provide you with the claim number. We encourage you to also contact the shipper after we provide you with the claim number to inquire on the status of the claim.
Missing package claims can take up to 30 days to be completed. We will contact you once there is a resolution on the claim.

All orders can only be placed online utilizing the available payment methods indicated.

If you received an item different from what was listed on your order confirmation, please contact us immediately (within 2 days of receipt). We suggest you not use/alter the item in any way.
If you receive an item and do not like the color, complete a RMA Request immediately, (within 2 days of receipt).
We will not send replacement until the returned item is received and approved.

Refunds can take from 2-7 days depending on your bank or credit card issuer. Once we process the refund you will receive an email notification. Please refer to your cardholder agreement or contact their customer service about refunds availability on your card.

There are times when some customers' cards are flagged by the fraud department. In the event this happens, a hold is placed on the order until further verification. Our customer service department will contact you via email to resolve the issue
