It is our goal for every customer to be satisfied with every purchase. We take pride in the quality of products we sell.
Pennsylvannia Sales Tax is 6%
Backorders – Occasionally, we may have fewer items in stock than what you order. If this is the case we will do one of the following.
We will ship the items we have, adjust the amount of your purchase accordingly and notify you via email of the status of you order
If we have an estimated arrival date to our warehouse for back-ordered items we will leave the back-ordered item on your order and ship them as soon as they arrive
We are unable to ship back-ordered items for International Orders. Your backorder will be cancelled, and we will notify via email about the status of your order.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Any request for address changes made after the order has been processed or shipped will be charged a $10 processing fee.
Any packages that are refused or returned due to failed delivery will be charged a 20% restocking fee and the customer will be responsible for the returned shipping costs.
All RETURN REQUEST MUST be made within 3 days of delivery
No returns will be accepted after 15 days of delivery
Due to hygiene and sanitary reasons, No refunds are given on wigs and hair.
You may return some unopened, unwrapped, untouched, unused, undamaged, odor free packages with all tags and labels attached in its original package. (Any odor on products return will make the product ineligible for any return)
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items
All returning merchandise must have the RMA number and Return Authorization Form. Any returns without such requirements will be dishonored. NO EXCEPTION!!
All merchandise will be inspected upon arrival, and if found to be ineligible for exchanges the merchandise will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Shipping charges are non-refundable
Any merchandise returned that received FREE SHIPPING OR COUPONS will make the FREE SHIPPING and DISCOUNT reversed.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges and delivery confirmation on their returns. We cannot process any returns with receipt of items, and we are NOT responsible for lost packages.
The same payment and shipping method used to process your original order will be used to process any exchanges. Any remaining balance will be issued in the form of a store credit.
Special orders, Clearance, Discontinued and Special Sale items are Non-Returnable. These items will be identified by special characters next to the item. (eg: S-Sale, D-Discontinued, C-Clearance, BOGO-Buy One Get One, etc).
